Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and operational help desk services for Oracle EBS and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Analyze current business operations to identify user challenges and propose effective improvements.
- Define and manage system requirements, development, and design based on user requests.
- Collaborate with both IT team members and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Coordinate regularly with the Shanghai-based support team for Oracle EBS and Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce in a technical or functional role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Oracle ERP tools such as PL/SQL and SQL Plus is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a matrix organization.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level (TOEIC 600+)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Background in the IVD or pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of commercial operations and data management in a life sciences setting.
