Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of private credit investment transactions across various deals.
- Screen and evaluate investment opportunities within the Japanese market.
- Perform financial statement analysis and due diligence.
- Build and analyze financial models including LBO models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support investment decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting in Japan.
- Strong experience in financial analysis and investment evaluation.
- Proven ability to perform LBO modelling.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in financial and investment analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and deal teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
