Key Responsibilities
- Execute market making activities for US Treasury bond trading.
- Manage trading positions and ensure optimal pricing and liquidity provision.
- Monitor market movements and apply trading strategies based on macro and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, trading, and global markets teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and counterparties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in US Treasury bond trading and market making within an investment bank in Japan.
- Proven experience in global markets trading environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong decision-making ability in fast-paced, high-pressure trading environments.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends and trading signals.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
