Product Manager (contract)

Exciting role overseeing billing/payment projects, define requirements, and manage key client relationships and communication with backend/API engineering teams.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Serve as PDM for billing/payment projects.
• Manage project schedule and stakeholder communication.
• Clarify project/product requirements and collaborate with API/backend engineering teams.
• Lead client relations, handling communication and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle backlog management, process improvements, and operational oversight.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Web Director.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel at MOS Advanced level.
• Strong logical and flexible communication skills.
• Experience in defining requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
