Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and manage lifecycle planning to ensure successful commercialization
- Develop and execute launch plans, brand positioning, and core messaging
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify strategic opportunities
- Monitor product performance and provide volume/revenue forecasts
- Enable the commercial team through sales training and effective sales tools
- Plan customer engagement events and lead initiatives at major scientific congresses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8+ years in product marketing or management in pharma or diagnostics
- Proven track record of successful product launches, preferably in oncology
Technical Skills:
- Strong business acumen and ability to use market data to shape strategy
- Familiarity with tools for market research, forecasting, and campaign execution
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level
