Seeking an experienced QA engineer for web application testing, automation, and quality control within cybersecurity, enhancing testing procedures and automation initiatives.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan and design comprehensive test coverage for in-house cybersecurity products.
- Execute test scripts, analyze results, and collaborate with senior team members on test outcomes.
- Conduct test code reviews with senior engineers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Verify and analyze test results, ensuring products meet quality benchmarks.
- Support design and management of test automation infrastructure with senior guidance.
- Contribute to continuous testing environment setup for ongoing quality improvements.
- Develop automation scripts for UI, API, and web applications under senior supervision.
Required skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years in quality assurance and control.
- 1+ year of experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing maintainable test code and debugging.
Preferred skills
- Understanding of test layers (unit, integration, end-to-end) and performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter).
- Knowledge of unit test frameworks (JUnit/NUnit) and test planning and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and ability to clarify complex issues clearly.
