Manage IT risks, digitalization, and cybersecurity strategies within the risk department to ensure robust controls and prevent future crises.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, monitor emerging threats, and verify regulatory compliance through data collection and quantitative modeling.
- Incorporate third-party cybersecurity guidelines into the risk management framework, oversee outsourcing contracts, conduct high-frequency monitoring, and develop countermeasures for concentration risks.
- Analyze technology use in digital fraud, educate stakeholders on emerging threats, and build comprehensive countermeasures and management frameworks to combat digital crimes.
- Develop risk scenarios, measure key risk indicators, verify control effectiveness, and report findings to management committees to ensure proactive risk management.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field such as system development, requirements definition, or consulting.
- Must be able to speak Advanced to Fluent Japanese, minimum Business English
Preferred skills
- Expertise in AI governance, cybersecurity, project management, and operational resilience.
- Experience in system planning, IT strategy, third-party management, and advanced risk management using AI.
- Proven track record in building governance frameworks for global companies and engaging with regulatory authorities and international conferences.
