Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process, from finding decision-makers to signing new subscription deals.
- Build a pipeline of new business opportunities in your assigned area.
- Work with new and existing clients to help them understand the company's products and services.
- Handle subscription renewals, maintain high customer retention, and look for ways to grow accounts.
- Provide clients with customized proposals, product demos, and advice based on their needs.
- Work with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and keep clients satisfied.
Required skills
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management and new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and retention goals, with strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with financial services, alternative investments, and market data sectors is preferred.
