Our client is seeking a bilingual professional to support their global Salesforce CRM project.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users of cross-functional teams of Salesforce platform
- Liaise between business users, technical teams, and offshore to configure and customize Salesforce system to meet business requirements
- Assist in database management, performing tests to ensure data and performance quality
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating critical incidents between respective teams
- Manage system administration, assisting in release management, system monitoring, and process automation/improvement
Required skills
- 3+ years professional experience in Salesforce admin, application support, or equivalent role
- Business fluency in Japanese and English a MUST
- Proven experience in troubleshooting
