Roles/Responsibilities
- In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving HR initiatives that support business goals, improve employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Provide expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to implement key programs and policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Japanese labor laws and company policies.
Required skills
- 8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong understanding of Japanese labor laws and global HR practices.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
