Deliver AI and digital solutions for clients with a focus on execution excellence and client satisfaction

Roles/Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered within scope
• Data Analysis & Solution Implementation: Apply AI and analytics methodologies to client problems, executing well-defined solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Client Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on project progress and responding to feedback
• Team Collaboration: Support Directors and project leads by contributing to solution design and problem-solving
• Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, helping them develop essential consulting and technical skills

Required skills

• Experience: 7+ years in AI, analytics, or digital consulting, ideally within Japan
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, bilingual (Japanese/English), and hands-on experience with analytics tools and client management
