Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of enterprise software solutions in the manufacturing sector.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and operations managers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging manufacturing technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Lead negotiations and create compelling business cases for prospective clients.
Required skills
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in ERP, MES, PLM, or SaaS solutions for the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals with enterprise manufacturing clients.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience selling to industrial enterprises, OEMs, and manufacturing organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English (a must).
