Roles/Responsibilities
- Define testing scope for each release and sprint, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Drive quality assurance process improvements and enhance automation testing frameworks.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test plans to meet product objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure thorough understanding of product goals.
- Perform diverse QA activities, including functional, regression, security, and cross-platform testing.
- Troubleshoot issues collaboratively, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
- Document, track, and manage QA tasks to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Required skills
- 8+ years of experience in software QA, including manual and automation testing across various frameworks.
- Proficient in QA automation using Selenium and experienced in web technologies and interfaces.
- Strong skills in development/scripting with common programming languages and SQL queries.
- Expertise in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies and frameworks.
- Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and business level proficiency in English.
Preferred skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, with expertise in managing team assignments and deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and API testing.
