American Tier 1 IT company is seeking a talented Bilingual PM to join its team with an immediate start in the Tokyo office.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Projects: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Lead Teams: Motivate and guide project team members.
- Manage Stakeholders: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and manage potential project risks.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards and best practices.
- Control Budget: Monitor and manage project budgets.
- Leverage Technical Expertise: Provide solutions and make informed decisions.
Required skills
- Experience: At least 5 years in project management with a focus on IT projects.
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
- Tools: Proficient in JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Other: Must reside in Japan with a valid Working Visa.
