About the team
The Group Strategy team plays a central role in setting the Group strategy.
The team is responsible for working with senior stakeholders to develop,
articulate and deliver on the strategic priorities of the business.
This team loves to:
● Make relevant decisions with customer insights and understanding
● Organise and run the annual strategy cycle, updating strategic priorities together
with the Senior Management team
● Manage and organise projects of strategic importance with the group
● Deeply link through our agile quarterly rhythms to align quarterly priorities, Objectives
and Key Results to our strategic agenda
● Align and influence across the wider ecosystem to increase the total customer
proposition thereof
About you
We're looking for someone who has an exceptional ability to influence as well as establish
and maintain strong relationships with our senior leadership team. To thrive in our high-

positive work ethic and customer first mindset.
● Significant experience with management consulting (ideally top tier) Retail /
consumer market experience is preferred
● Executive level communication and engagement, including preparation of strategy
updates to the Executive Committee and the Board
● Be a leader who is people focused and understands the importance of driving team
culture
● Have experience in facilitating and partnering across the ecosystem to co-create and
shape visions for the future
● Deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks,
delivering large-scale strategic programs
About you and your skills
Our successful candidate will have proven experience working with complex analytical
problem solving, experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports,
as well as presenting those findings to senior business stakeholders.
You'll also have:
● Deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks,
project and change management
● Exceptional ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with
