Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Cost Control: Optimise costs without compromising service quality.
- Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and growth.
- Risk & Team Management: Mitigate financial risks and lead the finance team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Proven financial management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
