DESCRIPTION.
- Identify and prioritise product features for the technology team.
- Monitor trends and collaborate with clients to uncover market opportunities.
- Support the Managing Director in team growth, strategy, and priority setting.
- Develop and refine sales materials with sales and customer success teams.
- Build client relationships and represent the firm at industry events.
- Oversee product development, testing, and feature launches with the technical team.
- Participate in testing and provide actionable feedback to improve user experience.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
- Align product strategies with business goals in partnership with the Managing Director.
- Assist in sales efforts, leveraging product knowledge to attract and retain clients.
- Supervise Customer Success and Testing teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation to support product development.
Experience
- Extensive experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Business Development Manager, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and scaling complex start-ups.
- Strong commercial acumen with a content-driven sales approach.
- Structured and organised working style.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven capability to balance innovation with operational efficiency.
- Basic technical knowledge to effectively contribute to product development.
