About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join a growing product team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in API development, digital transformation projects, and working closely with technical teams to define business requirements. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to define and document business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, particularly for API development and digital integrations.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of API-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to manage user stories, workflows, and sprint planning.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping sessions to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of digital products and data solutions.
