Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established company based in the Crawley, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be supporting with the everyday accounting duties such as processing invoices, payments etc.

Salary: £30-33K

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Processing invoices - accounts Payable, purchase ordering, supplier payments, remittances, matching POs etc
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitoring and processing expenses
• Supporting with the payment runs

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience of working in an Accounts Assistant type role
• Excellent MS Excel skills required
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
