Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Global Insurance provider that upholds an excellent reputation in Australia. The client is looking for a Complaints & Compliance Analyst to join their Northern Sydney team.
A great opportunity to investigate and resolve customer complaints across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves handling Internal and External Dispute Resolution (IDR/EDR) liaising with AFCA and FSCL, attending conciliation conferences, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Contract: 6 months with possible extension
Location: North Sydney, hybrid work arrangement
Hourly Rate: $35-45 per hour + super
About you:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in complaints resolution within financial services, preferably insurance.
- Knowledge of financial services regulations
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and stakeholder management skills
- A legal background would be highly beneficial for navigating compliance and dispute resolution
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
