This role is designed to provide immediate financial oversight, streamline reporting processes, and enhance forecasting and budgeting initiatives. If you are a strategic thinker who enjoys process optimisation and driving efficiencies, this is an excellent contract role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end reporting and contribute to the board reporting pack.
- Work with leadership to deliver the annual budget and rolling reforecasts.
- Partner with cost centre owners to ensure budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify inefficiencies in finance operations, build a business case for improvements, and implement streamlined workflows.
- Use large data sets to provide meaningful commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
About You:
- CA/CPA qualification is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
- Expertise in handling high-volume transactions and online payment systems.
- Strong track record in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Proficiency in MYOB is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
