Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of their workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation that values collaboration, efficiency, and professionalism.
This is a part-time position (3/4 days per week) and paying $45 per hour + super. The location is North Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the office, including facilities, supplies, and administrative processes

Support senior leadership with diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

Lead a small team of administrative staff and drive a positive, productive work culture

Coordinate onboarding of new employees and maintain office policies and procedures

Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance departments to support internal business functions
About You:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic budgeting or procurement systems

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
