Senior Business Analyst - Transaction Reporting

A market leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of a high-impact, globally focused program. This role offers the chance to contribute to critical projects that drive regulatory excellence and operational efficiency.

In this position, you will work closely with Directors and cross-functional teams to drive a comprehensive review of transaction reporting, contributing significantly to the initial phase of a major program aimed at evaluating and monitoring ongoing remediation efforts. Your work will help assess the current state and pave the way for a strategic enhancement of processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading efforts in gathering information, conducting evidence analysis and organising workshops to support project outcomes.
• Support the development of project plans and provide regular updates on progress and milestones.
• Examine current end-to-end transaction reporting workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively assess, articulate and manage risks that could impact the success of solution implementation.

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with expertise in areas such as process optimisation, operational risk, compliance or front to back office regulatory reporting workflows.
• A deep knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, particularly in transaction reporting (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• A meticulous approach to detail, particularly in understanding and analysing data within regulatory reports and related processes.
• A track record of managing large-scale, complex initiatives in collaboration with globally distributed teams (advantageous).
