Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring acquisition.
- Serve as a key contact for employee relations and promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement and maintain HR procedures in compliance with labor laws and standards.
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support organizational capability.
- Manage C&B and HR systems to ensure competitiveness and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic HR planning, including workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years' experience in HR management and operations.
- Background working within Chinese enterprises; SOE (State-Owned Enterprise).
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR policies.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
