In this role, you will play a pivotal role in strategic HR consultation, champion talent development, and collaborate with business leaders to build a thriving, future-ready team and shaping a high-performance workforce.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, providing consultative support on talent management, employee retention, and performance management.
- Lead talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, gap analysis, and succession planning to support business growth.
- Manage key HR processes such as promotions, transfers, rewards decisions, and disciplinary matters to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Support and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Advise business leaders on HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Facilitate organizational change by gathering feedback and ensuring smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to enhance collaboration and drive HR service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of solid HR experience, covering a full spectrum of HR functions from sizeable companies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Experience in talent development, assessment tools, and succession planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
