Responsibilities:
- Partner with local and overseas universities and student organizations to strengthen our employer brand through targeted events and initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for interns and graduate hires.
- Analyze talent metrics to refine recruitment strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support Management Trainee programs, including rotation planning, performance reviews, and deployment strategies aligned with organizational needs.
- Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and financial processes in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience in campus recruitment or early-career programs within large organizations.
- Established network with Hong Kong and overseas universities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience engaging external stakeholders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
