EQD Analyst (Open to Juniors)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with traders, sales teams, middle office, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade lifecycle.
• Confirm and validate swap performance, funding interest with counterparties, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Address any trade discrepancies or issues that may arise during the confirmation and settlement process.
• Process corporate actions, post trade and life-cycle events
• Monitor and report any operational risks or control issues to management
• Perform implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
• Participate in New Product Approval process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in middle office / trade support role
• Strong understanding of equity derivatives products, including Cash Equity, Listed Futures/Options, Portfolio Swap, Stock Borrow Lending, Structured Notes, and Warrant.
• Familiarity with trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive on taking up tasks
• Proficient PC sills including MS Office (Excel & VBA)
