About The Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for long term planning and development responsibilities for electrical and BS installations. Further, coordinate and manage a team for operation & maintenance (O&M) and alteration, addition and improvement (AA&I) works on site.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgeting reports for electrical and BS installations, such as operation & maintenance (O&M) and alteration, addition and improvement (AA&I) works for assets and facilities
- Manage and coordinate program of works team (O&M, emergency maintenance, maintenance planning, outage, and equipment downtime management) carried out by a team and conduct inspections to ensure all works are fulfilled
- Work closely with external parties for the delivery of smooth and timely execution of contracted engineering services
- Draft technical submissions and system schematics and ensure all technical specifications adopts local authorities' standards and regulations for certification, licensing, and permits for electrical and mechanical works
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or any other equivalent studies in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering/ facility management experience for electrical/ building services installations, preferably with an extensive track record in power management systems (low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage)
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, Grade C(0) and H(0) is preferred
- Candidate must have relevant experience obtained within the sectors of Facility & Property Management, Real Estate Services, or E&M Contracting
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Engineering Manager
- Immediate availability is preferred
