Identify, analyze, and propose business solutions for major accounts, including e-platforms, consolidators, and direct e-sellers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets set by the company, driving continuous growth and maximizing returns.
Gather insights on market trends and customer needs to inform management with actionable recommendations.
Build and manage a robust business pipeline that aligns with sales plans, ensuring efficient sales operations and sustainable new business development.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to enhance retention and foster long-term business relationships.
Analyze the trading portfolio to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Support business development initiatives related to logistics and warehousing.
Oversee and coordinate special services related to warehousing, local transport, and airfreight as needed.
Provide weekly sales updates and prepare for quarterly performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Logistics Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the transport logistics sector.
Strong understanding of e-platforms, cross-border eCommerce, and air freight forwarding.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Business-oriented mindset, adaptable, and proactive with a solutions-driven approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
