Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy and annual business plan aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Adapt global product strategies for key markets and create a Product Channel Pricing (PCP) plan with business partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful innovation launches.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships for strategic marketing and PR initiatives.
- Provide product support and escalate technical inquiries to R&D teams.
- Ensure compliance with local market requirements in collaboration with the Global Compliance team.
- Manage regional product-level P&Ls for sustainable and profitable growth.
- Lead end-to-end regional innovation projects in partnership with teams and suppliers.
- Analyze market needs, consumer trends, and the competitive landscape to inform the innovation roadmap.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or International Business; 8+ years of regional management experience. In particularly JP, KR, TW & SEA markets.
- Passionate about consumer insights and market trends with a strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- High level of independence and resourcefulness.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus!
