- Initiate strategies to engage clients and distribution channels to drive number of members, usage and engagement
- Craft actionable recommendations and strategic plans
- Evaluate performance and identify opportunities for significant enhancement through in-depth data analysis
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and optimise program features and engagement tactics
- Engage collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that our strategies and offerings are aligned company objectives
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably from insurance, banking & finance, lifestyle, health & wellness, large corporations or other related industries
- Knowledgeable in insurance business and products
- Excellent in driving customer engagement, member acquisition and retention
- Proactive, collaborative, fast-paced with can-do attitude
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
