Assist senior bankers in client marketing efforts by preparing presentation materials, pitch books, and other marketing collateral.
Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct valuation analyses such as discounted cash flow (DCF), trading comparables, and transaction comparables.
Perform due diligence, documentation, and communication with various external stakeholders
Support the execution of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible bonds, and debt issuances.
Compile and distribute daily and weekly market updates, while maintaining relevant databases.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance or Equity Capital Markets, with preference for local market exposure.
Demonstrated ability to support or manage deal execution processes and stakeholder coordination.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and well-developed analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, and Dealogic platforms is an advantage.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
