Institutional Sales Executive Director (Greater China coverage)

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective sales strategy to the market segments and opportunities for Greater China Institutional client segment, mostly SWF, Insurance AMC, and also banking prop money
• In charge of generating new business leads, close deals and increase revenues to achieve asset growth, sales, revenue targets
• Responsible for growth of AUM, showcasing the full range of products and services that the platform can offer
• Identify potential product gaps, proactively bring enhancement ideas internally to relevant channels
• Attend external conferences and events

Requirements:

• At least 10+ years of alternative investment experience
• Proven track record in sales/business development within financial institution
• Strong network to kickstart the pitching and fundraising process
• Able to provide investment solutions and wide range of investment products for all types of clients and asset classes
• Good knowledge of China regulations
• Excellent presentation skills, relationship management and organizational skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese Mandarin (native level is a strong advantage)
• Excellent proactive sales skills, self-starter, strong drive and proven sales track record
• Willing to travel and cover wide range of Institutional client segments
• Ability to work effectively across multiple groups, global regions and lines of business
