Logistics Manager (In-House, Seafreight, Operations) 55k

An MNC trading business is currently seeking a highly experienced Logistics Manager to lead a small team and manage the FOB logistics business from China to US and EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all logistics operations, focusing on export seafreight business from China to the US and EU.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies using the FOB model to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Oversee order management, quotations, warehouse operations, and tendering processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve logistics performance.
• Lead project management initiatives to streamline logistics processes and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of logistics operations experience within a multinational corporation (MNC) sourcing or trading business.
• Proven experience in export seafreight logistics from China to the US and EU.
• Strong understanding of the FOB model and its application in logistics.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of order management, quotations, warehousing, and tendering processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
