Provide all-around administrative support including courier arrangements, procurement, office supplies and maintenance, filing documents
Vendor and supplier management including liaison, pricing negotiation, and contract arrangement
Process invoices and expenses
Make flight booking, hotel reservations and car booking for staff travelling
Co-ordinate and organize company activities and events.
Perform any other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements
Higher diploma holder or above is preferred
At least 1 year of working experience in all-round office administration function in a multinational company, fresh gradudates with relevant exposure would be considered
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
