Operations - Logistics Manager (Airfreight, China to Australia)

About the role

Our client is a leading logistics solutions and technology company. In light of business expansion. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to develop and oversee the airfreight operations from China to Australia. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5-8 years of work experience serving the Australian domestic e-commerce and distribution market, with a particular focus on last-mile delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize airfreight operations from China to Australia.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance last-mile delivery efficiency in Australia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a 3PL, freight forwarding company, or in-house logistics.
• Strong familiarity with the Australian domestic e-commerce and distribution market.
• Proven experience in last-mile delivery logistics within Australia.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
