About the role
In this role, you will report to the HR director, overseeing crucial HR and C&B functions at regional level, while driving innovation and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day HR and C&B operations at regional level
- Provide expertise in annual salary and bonus exercises, retail sales incentive commission, budget planning, and onboarding
- Collaborate with BU HR to enhance processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive C&B projects including benefit reviews, and job grading exercises
- Advise key stakeholders and talent acquisition partners on budgeting and market benchmarks for recruitment
- Oversee employee data management, contract administration, and HR reporting
- Utilize strong business acumen, communication skills, and Excel proficiency to excel in the role
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with background from retail industry
- Proficiency in all aspects of C&B operations including budget planning, sales incentive calculation, benefit reviews and project management
- Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement and regional implementation
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills with fluency in Chinese and English
- Track record in HRIS implementation, and process revamping
