About the role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives for complex HR projects, collaborate closely with key stakeholders, and drive workforce planning initiatives. You will also support the creation of project dashboards, data tools to enable data changes automation.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of workforce planning across all segments.
- Develop and maintain HR project management tools, including data modelling, scenario planning, and project dashboards.
- Coordinate and execute projects, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Consolidate and validate workforce plans, adapting to evolving project and business requirements.
- Collaborate with local and headquarters HR teams to provide data analysis and reporting.
- Design workforce planning tools and communication materials, ensuring alignment with project needs.
- Facilitate the integration of compensation and benefit models for workforce in Hong Kong and China.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in HR, compensation and benefit-related HR project management.
- Proficiency in HR data analytics, data management, and scenario planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin, with Chinese language literacy for effective communication.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a complex, matrix organizational structure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to evolving situations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
