Position Overview
A leading apparel company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (Talent Development and Management) to support and lead the talent development initiatives across Hong Kong, China, and offshore regions. This role is pivotal in enhancing the employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent development strategies for all levels of staff across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify training needs and create customized development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
- Contribute to employment branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with HR to ensure alignment of talent management practices with company goals.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in talent development or management, preferably in the apparel or other MNC business
- Strong understanding of employment branding and its impact on talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
