Lead and execute network-related projects to support IT infrastructure goals.
Configure, install, and maintain network devices (e.g., Cisco, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto, Fortinet) across Data Centers, offices, and stores, including data and voice systems (Avaya/MS Teams).
Monitor and enhance network performance by troubleshooting issues, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with architects for optimization.
Implement security tools, policies, and procedures while adhering to established configuration and change management processes.
Provide daily operational support, perform maintenance (including off-hours if needed), and liaise with vendors and IT teams for problem resolution.
Job requirements:
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience with Cisco, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, and KEMP Load Balancers, plus deep knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, QoS).
CCNA or higher certification (CCIE and/or CISSP preferred), with hands-on experience in network equipment and protocols.
Self-starter, team player, with strong problem-solving, communication (English and ideally Chinese/Putonghua), and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage IT support operations, and communicate effectively with users at all levels.
