My Advice

Preparation is key! You got the interview. Your CV got you in the door - now you need to sell yourself! Research the company, know your CV and be able to talk confidently through your experience. Read the job description thoroughly, breakdown the duties and relate them back to your previous roles. Look at the competencies for the position and prepare examples around each one. Make sure you have well thought out questions to ask at the end of the interview. Your recruiter will help you with all of this, that’s what we’re here for so make sure you take full advantage!

My Background

I have a BA in Human Resources and over 8 years recruitment experience across Ireland, Canada, and the US. I have experience recruiting across multiple industries in a combination of agency and in-house positions. I currently sit on our M3S team working with a number of clients. I manage all stages of their recruitment process and partner with the business to provide an honest, efficient and cost effective service.
