I began my career recruiting for perm positions but soon made the switch to contract when I saw all the benefits. I love speaking to people who are thinking about making the move to contract or just want to hear more about it.

My Advice

It's not what you know but who you know! Building a relationship with your recruiter is key. They are the ones with the opportunities and when a good one comes in, you want to be the first person they think of.

My Background

After completing a degree in Bioscience, I realised science wasn't for me! I have previously worked in hospitality and a call center and love chatting with people and helping find solutions to problems. An opportunity in recruitment then came up and nearly two years later I haven't looked back!
