- Provide support to business users.
- Adhere to defined and agreed-upon processes.
- Follow established support procedures.
- Collaborate with business users to define application requests.
- Design and build applications based on specified business criteria.
- Participate actively in software development projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux (RedHat) environments is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies, including:
- SQL Server
- Oracle (19)
- PL/SQL
- SQL
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js and Angular.
- Proficiency in CSS, HTML, Git, Jira, and Confluence is a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of REST APIs, Node.js, and JSON is an advantage.
- Experience with all aspects of software project life cycles using iterative development practices (DevOps).
