Position: Healthcare Administrator
Full Time 35 hrs per week (Mon- Fri 9am-5pm)
Temporary 3 month initial contract
** Hourly rate €16.32 **
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the Inpatients department.
- Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of hospital or clinical operations is an advantage.
Must be available for immediate start.
