Project Manager - Client Side
We are working with a Dublin based client who have been tasked with one of the biggest capital delivery projects ever undertaken in the state. They are looking for Construction Project Managers (with buildings experience) to join their team and deliver a series of projects over the next 5 years. This is a long term day rate contract role.
In the role you will be responsible for:
· Project Planning & Management: Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with governmental objectives.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with client representatives, contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
· Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the project comply with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
· Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports and updates for senior officials and other stakeholders.
· Team Coordination: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals.
· Procurement Oversight: Oversee procurement processes, including tender evaluations and contractor selection, ensuring value for money.
