As a Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assessing clients' financial needs, creating comprehensive financial plans, and delivering expert advice on investments, pensions, protection, and other financial products. Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
- Financial Planning: Develop and present customized financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and protection solutions.
- Product Recommendations: Advise clients on suitable financial products, including pensions, investments, life assurance, and savings plans.
- Compliance: Ensure all advice and services provided meet regulatory standards and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and regular reviews.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client acquisition strategies.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide informed advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- QFA designation is required. CFP designation is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years in a financial advisory role or similar client-facing position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in Ireland.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving targets.
