Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
- Allocate and manage budgets across digital marketing channels to ensure optimal ROI.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including specialists in SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and IT to align digital marketing goals with overall business objectives.
- .Develop strategies to amplify major brand campaigns, generating high levels of client engagement and interaction.
- Drive the creation and execution of a digital content strategy, ensuring content is optimised for key digital channels and aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Own and manage the firm's social media strategy, including defining goals, creating content, overseeing execution, and ensuring social amplification across platforms.
- Optimise website performance and martech tools to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven leadership in B2B environments.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
- Experience in leading digital integration projects across multiple systems.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital content strategies.
- Extensive experience managing social media channels and driving engagement through social platforms.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
