Marketing Accountabilities
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. Use this information to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute communication strategies for company events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, etc, in collaboration with event project leaders, marketing and content owners
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing, communications and design budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Communications Accountabilities
- Internal and External Communications: Ensure clear, consistent and effective communication to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, events and more.
- Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that supports marketing and communication objectives, including the creation of engaging and compelling content for different platforms and audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, and search engine optimization.
- Public Relations: Manage media relations and public relations activities to enhance the organization's reputation and manage its public image.
Design Accountabilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Graphic Design Team to continue achieving their goals
- Deliver high quality graphic design- from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Design and development of a wide spectrum of both print and digital marketing collateral
- Print management with third-party suppliers
- Create in-house brand material to support each business unit or department
