A dynamic company based in Dublin, city centre is seeking an experienced Marketing Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role Overview
This role involves providing administrative support to the marketing team, with direct reporting to the Head of Marketing. It is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys administrative tasks in a busy office setting and is eager to contribute to a range of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and organised administrative assistance to the marketing team
- Keep accurate records of marketing budgets and activities
- Manage and maintain marketing team assets, including branded materials, slide decks, and business cards
- Assist with the upkeep of the company's internal intranet
- Support content creation and maintenance of marketing documentation
- Handle day-to-day internal marketing queries, championing the brand on corporate materials, and proofreading documents
- Provide ad hoc assistance on marketing projects such as events and tradeshows
- Perform general administrative and marketing duties as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in marketing or administration
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar tools (MS Office)
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter) is a plus
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage
- Flexible and collaborative attitude with a team-oriented mindset
