The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and uphold our commitment to safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale commercial and residential developments.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project performance, addressing risks and challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial and/or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
